1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased from metrivo.shop.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of products are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items not due to our error

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the warehouse address.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
